I had my wedding at the Virginia Cliffe Inn and was lucky enough to work with Katie at nextage events through the whole process. She was right there to answer any questions I had no matter the time or how many questions😉. The day of the wedding she had everything under control and assured me of everything we talked about. She handled everyone professionally and genuinely cared about me and my day. I loved working with her and I definitely recommend nextage events

Beth coordinated our wedding ceremony and was absolutely phenomenal! The rehearsal ran so smoothly with her help, and she even ran out to get us candles for the ceremony at the last minute when we realized the church didn’t have any. Beth was so kind and professional. She was a joy to work with and we would highly recommend her!!

Katie is awesome! She was very accommodating and gave me great resources leading up to the Big Day! During the wedding day, she kept me informed, fed and hydrated into the night! Having her definitely enhanced my wedding experience!

I was referred to NextAge Events by a close friend. Beth was my main coordinator and she was absolutely wonderful. We talked about my event several months beforehand and as the event came closer she pretty much took over nailing down the details with the vendors. About a month before the big day, Beth and I did a walkthrough at the venue and she had drafted the timeline for the day. She thought of every single detail – things that I had not even considered. Beth walked us through the rehearsal the day before and made me confident that everything was ready. The day was truly stress free because I knew Beth and Katie were there. They helped with set up and take down and everything in between. Everything looked extremely beautiful and they made my vision come true. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to everybody.

Beth and Katie did an amazing job making our wedding day run as smoothly as possible. As the bride, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Beth made sure everything happened on time and brought our vision to life. Our ceremony and reception were more than anything we could’ve hoped for. Katie is AMAZING! From the first meeting with her, to ceremony rehearsal, to the culmination of our wedding - Katie and her staff was absolutely amazing! I forgot some linens myself (whoops!) but Katie was there to save the day and ensure everything was perfect and just as my now husband and I envisioned. Katie, thank you thank you thank you for everything!

Katie was a breath of fresh air during this entire process. She goes far above and beyond day-of and month-of planning – she was always a quick email or text message away to answer questions, no matter how small. She took care of our rehearsal the night before and the wedding day could not have gone smoother. She and Beth kept everything on track and running like a well-oiled machine. My husband and I got married on 4/13/2019 and are so thankful we found Katie, she truly was a godsend!!! She got back to me quickly when I first reached out to her and was available for all of my questions and panicked moments leading up to the wedding! We met a few months beforehand to discuss details for the rehearsal and wedding day, Katie gave me great ideas and tips and even a template for helping me plan out the ceremony (which I was really stressing about). You just don’t realize how many little logistical things are involved in making a wedding happen, until someone with experience brings it up. On the day of, Katie and her assistant got there several hours ahead of time and set everything up - they did such an amazing job!! Everyone talked about how well our wedding day flowed and how the space was so beautifully decorated. Thanks to Katie, I never had to worry once about timing or keeping things on schedule - she knows exactly what’s she’s doing and executes it perfectly. She’s sweet and professional, I’d recommend her a hundred times over and am so grateful we found her!!!

Katie and her assistant Beth were absolutely amazing! They made our wedding day go smoothly and handled every emergency (and everything else) that happened along the way. Katie was very helpful throughout the planning process, and would quickly answer all my emails and send many recommendations when we needed it. She did an awesome job following through with our vision for the wedding and was always quick to jump in and help. She is very resourceful and a problem solver, and made sure that our wedding day was as stress-free as possible. I don’t know what we would have done without her and we could not have asked for a better day-of-coordinator!

Katie is amazing! I pulled her in a month before my wedding and she immediately jumped in to assist. She was always willing to answer every single one of my little questions and made sure my day went flawlessly. The peace of mind is priceless. On the morning of my wedding, I had several tasks still unresolved. I handed them over to Katie and they all got pulled off beautifully.
