Tip Tuesday: What's this 'Day of Coordinator' thing all about?

Welcome to NextAge’s first Tips Tuesday blog post! Katie and I are excited to connect with our couples this way and share some valuable information about wedding planning.

Wedding planning is such a thrilling time! There’s so much energy and excitement surrounding you as the newly engaged couple. From booking your wedding venue to finding the right dress, designing flower arrangements, booking delicious catering, enjoying cake tastings (the best!), and finding the best DJ or band…. you have a lot on your plate!

The overwhelming part of wedding planning can come into play right before the wedding, trying to get all of those vendors, ideas and details to come together perfectly. Sounds stressful, right?!

This is where a Month and Day of Wedding Coordinator can help! At NextAge Events, we take all of that off of your plate, making sure that all of your hard work and planning goes off without a hitch!

Here are just a few of the services that NextAge provides to our couples:

  • Creation of timeline for your wedding weekend

  • Final Walk Through at your venue, nailing down details and diagrams of how the space will be used

  • Coordinating your vendor drop off/arrival times

  • Running your rehearsal from start to finish

  • Full day coverage of your wedding day with an assistant

  • Set-up of ceremony and reception sites

  • Greeting vendors and helping with setup

  • Organizing the processional and recessional of your bridal party & family

  • Overseeing cocktail hour

  • Overseeing the timeline during the reception, cuing DJ/Emcee for all those important moments

  • Packing up gifts and decorations at the end of the event

  • And so much more!!

We’ve found that our services allow for our couples AND their families to have a stress-free wedding day, where all of the details and logistics aren’t even thought about! We are there to take care of all of that for you!

If this sounds like something that you need for your wedding, please reach out to us! We are available for free consultations, meeting in person or chatting over the phone. We would love to learn more about your wedding plans and how we can help bring your vision to life!

Cheers,

Beth
